is a big deal for anyone over the age of 75 or so. He may be sitting up and laughing. He may be sitting up and cussing Cheney. ICU may be a precaution and to keep a VIP (GOP style) away from reporters. Most ICUs are now locked down, especially in the bigger hospitals.
