If a hunter accidentally shoots a person, don't they have to pay a fine?
Or go to jail or something?

What's up with this Cheney being a poor shot?

a man has been shot... so there is a report and the hospital has to report

And we don't really know how serious these injuries are on this 78 year old...

6. Maybe there's a 24 hour statute of limitations.....
and if you can keep the incident out of the press for that long, no charges are brought to bear.
