A 78 year old man is in the hospital and he's damn lucky he's
not blind!!! and this should be serious!!!

although news media is taking this lightly
a 78 year old man is lucky he didn't have a heart attack and we don't know how painful this is going to be for this man....

and is there any charges here!!! for Recklessly shooting...

Is it me or should Cheney get charged with some violation or can you shoot people in Texas...

5. I don't think there are any violations of the law here.
I know you want to get Cheney...so so I, but this was an accident.

He was not hunting on property without permission, he wasn't using an illegal weapon.

The only possible thing I can think of that could be illegal is if he didn't have an out of state license, since he is supposed to be a legal resident of Wyoming. Even if he didn't, the worst case is a fine.
