Can Bill Clinton get his law license back this year? |
|
Edited on Sun Feb-12-06 09:38 PM by bluestateguy
I seem to remember that shortly before leaving office he agreed to a five year suspension of his law license, in exchange for no charges being filed in the Monicagate thing.
well, five years has come and gone. He's done his time and accepted his punishment, so what has to happen now for him to get his law license back?

1. His lawyer writes a letter |

to the Arkansas Bar Association, and, presumably, his license will ultimately be restored.

That the suspension had expired, but no word on whether Clinton bothered to reapply. He's a New York state resident now, anyhoo.
