Gasoline for 10 dollars a gallon?

Cheney was shooting ducks, not quail?

NASCAR shouldnt use so much "gasoline"?

What is the hell is he smoking?

1. He WANTS gas to be $10 a gallon?
Typical attitude of a San Franciscan: absolute contempt for people with cars, and who don't live in close proximity to subways and cable cars at every street corner.

2. Those were his very words. He also doesnt know that most NASCAR
vehicles run on methanol blends, not gasoline.

10 dollars per gallon would destroy what little progress
the economy has made under *!

Its clueless dupes like this person, that make
us all look like idiots, speaking before knowing,
on many left-wing radio shows.

5. "what little progress"? What?
There has been no progress in the economy. It's merely being propped up to keep from falling off the precipice.

7. There would be no "propping up" if gas was 10/dollars per gallon.
Most people wouldn't even have thier jobs anymore, the same ones they wouldn't be able to travel to anymore, in the first place.

BTW, I was being somewhat facetious, considering that we are both making less then we did when Clinton was Prez.

Its easy to make stupid statements, like Karel did, when you live in a city where you dont really need a car.

6. Did he say there would be NO economy if global warming isn't
stopped? It may be true that we're past the turning point already. Could he just be ahead of the curve on this one?
I don't know, didn't heat it and have never heard him.

In my life's experience, the whacky extremes have tended to prove correct.
