congressmen and women knowing about it "undemocratic?" Writing ltte and just want to check my viewpoint with others.

1. Not only is it undemocratic....

it is sneaky and should be illegal. It's like changing a complicated contract just before you sign it. In theory the signors agree with everything in the bill. If they don't know what is in the bill they can't consent to it.

Judge Judy would tell these congresspeople to GET OUT OF HER COURTROOM!
