Did Darth get an in-state resident or out-of-state hunting license? It would speak volumes as to which state he considers his legal residence.

I don't think you have to have a hunting
license on a private preserve. At least,
not in Texas.

Most hunting, I believe, happens on private land in Texas. All the hunters I know here have deer leases on private land. They still need a license to hunt there. And Darth would have definitely needed an upland game bird stamp endorsement with that license. Wanna bet he doesn't have one?
