I didn't know Cheney belongs to a militia,

I didn't know Cheney belongs to a militia,
because he must have been doing weekend militia training. Otherwise how is he allowed to carry and discharge firearms? Here is the EXACT wording of Amendment II in the Bill of Rights in the Constutution of the United States of America:

" A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed."

Thus, his right to arms is only as part of a WELL REGULATED MILITIA.
