It'd be very interesting to see if he had a liscense at all, and if he did, if it was a Resident's liscense.

2. It would be out of character for him to have a license
The attitude of this administration is fuck the law and fuck any requirement that we need a license to do anything. And I'm the veep so I don't need a safety course; regardless of what the god's at NRA say. And if I was drunk when I shot the old fart, so what?

3. True, but I wonder if there's a way to find out...

I don't know of any way, myself.

5. If he had any integrity
he would make public all that information. In other words, he won't.

4. Here...
Cheney purchased a hunt license in November, Texas Parks and Wildlife Department spokesman Steve Lightfoot said.

8. Resident or non-resident license?
If he purchased a resident licence, we have a major scandal.

6. Interesting question, isn't it? Not that we need more proof that he's a
cheating liar... He was ineligible to receive the electoral votes from Texas, and we all know that. Even if he could legally fit the Wyoming criteria for residency, he was still a resident of Texas. Every aspect of their lives are criminal.

9. Well, what's the normal procedure in that part of Texas
Edited on Mon Feb-13-06 02:58 PM by rocknation
In terms of how to get a license, how shooting accidents are officially investigated, and what the resulting penalties could be. From what I've been reading here, it appears that hunters who live in and out of a state are licensed differently. What we need is someone who is qualifed to educate us on the subject.

10. Game Ranches
I would assume that much like in Wisconsin when you go to a ranch like that you can purchase a license.
