"War is delightful to those who have not experienced it"
Wouldn't it be wonderful the rest of us turned our backs on our leader's military madness and forced them to duke it out among themselves?

Iran's president says it's the U.S. prez, not the people . . .

Tehran, Feb 13, IRNA

Iran's President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said on Monday that Iranians have not any problem with the American people and that it is the US administration that has inflicted damage on the Iranian nation.

Bush says he's not gunning for the Iranian people . . .

Statement by the President on Iranian Elections

"The Iranian people are heirs to a great civilization - and they deserve a government that honors their ideals and unleashes their talent and creativity. Today, Iran is ruled by men who suppress liberty at home and spread terror across the world."

Too bad they can't fight this one out themselves and leave the rest of us out of it.

'Thousands would die' in Iran attack

February 14, 2006

THOUSANDS of military personnel and hundreds of civilians would be killed if the United States launched an air strike on Iran to prevent it developing nuclear arms, a British think-tank said in a report released today.

The report by the Oxford Research Group said any bombing of Iran by US forces, or by their Israeli allies, would have to be part of a surprise attack that would inevitably catch many Iranians unprotected and could eventually lead to a lengthy confrontation involving many other countries in the region.
