and there has been a large and poorly constructed one surrounding Smackwater Dick" and his shotgun.....

Possible reasons for the delay A.Drinking or Drugs.
B.Lacking proper license. (Remember as soon as the first announcement was made we were told Cheney had a legal permit-Isn't that an odd detail to add to a story that a man was sent to the ICU???)
C.The death of the victim would have required a distinctly different spin.

No matter the cause of the delay any imaginable excuse implies obstruction.

Probable Lies: A. White House did not know Cheney was involved till late Saturday night/early Sunday Morning. Is it believable that when the VP is in a three man hunting party and an accident occurs the WH accepts a report without details??? One guy is shot,another guy shot him, and the third is an eyewitness-or one chance in 3 that Cheney was NOT involved....Is it near believable that Cheney's security is not linked to the WH by satellite communication???
B.Everyone was concentrating on helping the wounded man.Right-in spite of having an ambulance and paramedics and doctors standing by and further the wounds were either so minor he was sitting up and telling jokes in the ICU or so serious the doctors and paramedics were so overwhelmed by the wounds that the entire security detail had to help and therefore could pass no info on the situation at the site till hours later.
C. The victim is in "very stable" condition in the ICU.....Hospital conditions are usually-Critical-serious-poor-fair-or good....Stable is only a modifier to indicate no sudden changes are forseen..As posted elsewhere staying in the ICU is indicative of serious injuries and very little laughing goes on in there....
D.Scotty says he has no idea whether SS agents witness the event.So for the first time in the history of the SS they allowed a protectee to be out of eyesight with multiple armed persons???


Theres plenty more when you think about it seriously and it IS the cover up-two of my reasons involve CRIMINAL obstruction and nothing says all three aren't true...Instead of laughing there should be calls for an immediate inquiry...including polygraphs for EVERY witness......How did it happen?Had there been drinking and by whom?Was Cheney's license valid AT the time of the incident?Was the cover up coordinated with Karl Rove or others at the WH (conspiracy to obstruct) Have Whittington's blood samples been preserved (only valid sample from the incident)???And If any of the party was drinking how about a charge of reckless conduct??? It is amusing-but if we let them squirm and duck we miss an opportunity to hold a sick pattern up to light....

until they were sure the victim would survive, before they said anything. Had he died, or were he in danger of not surviving, things would be verrrrry different right now.
