Since Cheney is a Federal Employee
Shouldn't he be required to take a piss test, to make sure he's competent to return to work? I know if I worked for the government and shot someone, accident or not, I'd be in line putting my dripper in the dipper for my job.

1. If Cheney were a cop whose gun just happened to go off by accident
what would have happened?

2. Roger that!
Military personnel would be peeing in the bottle and questioned by NCIS (in the Navy.) You are absolutely right. Although you and I know about his competence for the job.

4. Unfortunately, the executive and legislative branches are exempt...
from the invasive procedures that they champion for we peasants.

5. No they are not
Bush and Cheney both took pee tests when they took office, along with the rest of the WH staff supposedly.

6. Here's the Bush WH policy - straight from the horse's mouth
MR. FLEISCHER: They were tested as a condition of employment here. They were the first two to take the drug test.

Q. Who imposed the condition of employment, if it wasn't the President?

MR. FLEISCHER: The people.

Q. Oh, come on.

MR. FLEISCHER: No, it's true. The policy of the White House is all employees have to be drug-tested. And that policy extends to the President and the Vice President.

Q. Some people might not have voted for him if they had known that. (Laughter.)

Q. When did they take the test?

Q. Is that the first time --

MR. FLEISCHER: The first week in the White House.
