Go if you dare, but it is a good read

I ventured over to Sierra Times. Right after 9/11, I found it to be a good way to track happenings/news in other areas of the country (they have an area for truckers and travelers). When things got weirder over there (I think someone new took over managing the site), I stopped even popping in for a visit. Just too strange and scary! Since most are gun enthusiasts (to put it mildly), I thought I'd pop in and see what they had to say about Cheney. Didn't find anything about that, but did find an interesting take on the state of the US, how we got into the mess we're in, and supporting our troops by bringing them back alive NOW.

This link takes you directly to a post, so you can bypass all that other stuff and should not feel compelled to wash your eyes out with acid afterwards. Be forwarned that about halfway thru the post, you will become nauseated, but follow thru - the tables do turn. I got halfway thru, got disgusted and skimmed thru to the end, then had to go back up and read it thru thoroughly.
