I should probably ask this over there, but I'm a bit lost. How do I get the a/v clips to work? They used to.

1. I think you need the new version of microsoft media player
I haven't upgraded so I can't see them either.

2. Take a look on the blog page on the right hand side towards the
bottom at the Troubleshooting link-it might be that the answer to your question is there.

6. Just an FYI...
I use a Windows 2000 Server platform on a PC. Windows Media Player 9 for Windows 2000 took care of the issue. Yippee!!!

3. I've been having a problem for several weeks...
as has my mom who lives in another state. (just for informational purposes that it is not just I who is having a problem). She started having problems at the same time as I did.

4. I removed and reinstalled
Media Player 9 and it is now working for me with no problems. Give it a try!
