That's the same reason why auto accident people leave the scene..better one year in jail than 10 for vehicular homicide under the influence. We had a big deal case like that here inj Philly some years ago involving a wife of an Eagles exec.

If you or I shot someone, of course we'd be questioned. Chances are we'd be given a field sobriety test too. I think that's the real story. No doubt they were having a few cocytails while they were exercising their trigger fingers. Private ranch, a few close friends; I'll bet that's always part of these "hunting" excursions.

Maybe he was drinking a lot while messin' around with the young lady hunter he was with. Like we used to do on the ranch. You know we ranch people do a lot o' messin' around...we just dont inform anyone about it 'cause we ranchers don't ask and don't tell.
