1. Gee, high time they noticed, since it started nearly a year ago. |
|
I noticed it last June when the weekend real estate shows started showing the same places on consecutive weeks (unheard of!) and then started showing them empty (that NEVER happened over a year ago), meaning they were staying on the market for a longer and longer period.
Hey Stupid! You keep robbing us folks on the bottom to fatten your rich buddies, what the hell do you think is gonna happen? You're all gonna find yourselves sitting on a pile of money with no place to invest it because there won't be any customers to buy the crap you make in Malaysia!
Here it comes, folks!

12. sure, i charge by the job and to be truthful--the client. |
|
the old folks that are living on a fixed income i give a discount to. If i take down wallpaper and repaint i usually charge anywhere between $200 and $400 a room, depending on the size of course. If it's just de cluttering and reorganizing i charge about $50 and hour. My average is about $600 a house not including materials.

but it would be a good side job, thats what has been for me, not enough clients yet and some people just aren't willing to pay for the services.
