It is ALL bird shot or Buck shot |
|
It is not pellets or a pellet gun. It was a shot gun with the size of shot yet to be determined. It doesn't matter if the shot is ball bearing size or the size of a grain of sand it is shot fired from a shot gun. Never ever is it pellets fired from a pellet gun. It just so happens that the shotgun used was a 28 guage which is a small bore gun compared to more popular shotguns. But it is still a "shotgun" and not a pellet gun.

1. You mean it wasn't "people shot"? |
|
The press is acting like its all ok because the gun wasn't one that used ammo specifically designed to kill people. Therefore, since its "only" bird shot, then it doesn't matter if a person gets hit by it.

I use 7 1/2 shot for trap shooting(12 gauge). In shooting at a stationary cardboard box at approx 20 yards(to learn where the gun shoots in relation to the sights.) It put a large ragged hole approx 6 in across in the box with shot spreading out from there. This would have been a potentially leathal wound from this gun. all this bird shot crap is just desperate spin.

He pulled the trigger and somebody got hit. That's a criminal offense.
