16. Mine was a rescue.
So I can well believe it. I like to say that we're the ones who are rescued when we take them in. They just light up our lives.

4. But...But..he was holding a 10 yr old frozen embryo - it could have been
hurt. The born getting killed is not a problem - only the unborn.

Have you no respect for life that is dying by growing older as a frozen embryo?

21. me too, no big whoop
I shoot them from cars on big ranches, after the lawyers have been lamed.

I am an attorney myself-- all the better to sneak up on them.

25. I'm a lawyer. Not funny.
And I like a good lawyer joke as well as anybody. Hell, I'm a lawyer and I don't even LIKE lawyers, for the most part!

But this one's not funny. Unless you also find humor in Ann Coulter's suggestion about poisoning Mr. Justice Stevens.

Bake, Esq.

28. You KNOW we keep a database, don't you?
Yep, every lawyer has access -- when you need us for your DWI, or divorce, or will, or what have you, we look you up and jack up your fees for every lawyer joke you ever told.

That little beauty just cost you an additional $5 per hour, my friend.

Keep it up, my kids want Ivy League.
