Well, that certainly is a shocker, isn't it?

So does that mean he's off the hook if the guy dies?

1. Wow....a shooting investigation took less than 72 hours
Sounds like a coverup!! Will the reporters dig for the truth or will the let the story die?

3. How long do accidental shooting investigations usually take place?
Of this nature?

I mean if everybody including the victim tells more or less the same story . . . how do you expand the investigation?

8. But isn't that the problem....
They delayed contacting the local police, all of their stories are identical. It's fact that no two witness stories are ever identical. Everyone has a different slant on what they would have seen.

I would assume that the local police would have taken a Breathalyzer or blood test if they would have been informed right away.

Let's put it this way, if you or I (black American) would have had the same incident, do you think they would have closed the investigation?

I am not saying I am right but maybe someone with experience can clarify!!

I just don't trust anything that comes out of a situation that these guys are involved in.

Happy Valentines Day:hi:

14. What state do you live in?
"I would assume that the local police would have taken a Breathalyzer or blood test if they would have been informed right away."

I don't think you can compell anyone to take a drug test, unless they are driving a car or boat on public roads or waterways.

16. I am in Washington state now ....
I was a police office in Texas many moons ago. When there was an alcohol related gun incident we reported it that way. You may be right about not being compelled to take a drug test. We had to write that information in our reports, It may not be a crime but it would be reported.

If there are anyone familiar with Texas law, what is the law?

6. What's the deal with that footage of Dick getting out of limo?
It is the only "sighting" of him that they have and I see it over and over. I have even seen it slowed down, it looks really creepy....very Darth Vader-ish. Maybe that sells to some element to me it just looks weird.

He was clearly wrong in not having a quail stamp. I know he got a warning about it but he was still wrong.
