Need help from lawyers on DU for fun project re: Cheney

Basically, I need to draw up a quick agreement in which I will provide Cheney with $100 if he uses the money to enroll in a gun safety class by a particular time and date.

I want the agreement to state, in part, that this offer is non-transferrable, that it will expire after a certain time if not claimed, and that I cannot be held liable for anything other than the hundred bucks.

Any ideas or feedback you can provide? Thanks.
