Cheney'll pull his jacket aside to show the piece stuck in his waistband, and all talk of resigning will stop.

10. Suits Me Fine
The biggest change in the past year is the way the public portrays booosh and now Crashcart. A year ago, georgie was that fun-lovin' good 'ole boy you wanted to have a beer with. Today he strums guitars while NOLA floods...he runs into doors at international summits and is portrayed as being totally disconnected. Crashcart was the kindly old grandfather..."the grown-up" in charge. Yeah, he was gruff, but a loveable gruff. Now the image is being more obvious of a mean, cowardly miser...a Scrooge who is more like the Crazy uncle than the kindly grandfather.

The corporate media appears to be in a crisis mode themselves. They have a real juicy story here...celebrity violence, but the celebrity has a lot of power and push with their bosses. As usual the corporate media's conflicts are all on display as they both attack and pander this regime in the same breath. This is destroying what little remaining credibility either has.

Suits me fine. anyone???

when he was asked to find a VP for Bush - and picked himself.

Of course, they won't ask him anything! Everyone in the admin is too afraid to approach him.

29. A "Brutus is an honorable man" moment?
Advance an idea (Brutus is a murdering liar, Cheney should quit) while sounding like you advance the opposite.

Dick Cheney sez, "Et tu Scheiffer."

Bush sez, "Hey, that's my line."

Schieffer sez: "My loyalities are to my golfing partners."

Me, I'm still waiting for: "Sic semper tyrannis."
