Missing Katrina transcript.. from landfall day..

One of the items that the investigators asked the WH for was a transcript from DHS of a teleconference with Chertoff (& maybe - I was walking through the room - Brownie & georgie's people).
They got similar transcripts for teleconferences the day before & the day after... but that one is missing. According to CBS evening news, just now, DHS said the omission might just be "human error" a case of "someone hitting the wrong button"..

oh those wacky coincidences...
