the fibrillation was caused by the pellet...the damage is similar to a heart attack, but to call it a heart attack is incorrect, to say the very least

it's a BULLET!!

a tiny bullet, but a bullet/projectile, just the same, as in, try to imagine the "heart attack" a .32 calibre bullet would cause if it found its way into your heart!

That little diagram of the injury is scary. It appears that he shot him almost point blank in the right side chest, shoulder and neck. I think the face was not the main target, if you will.
