I am certain I heard Shrub once say theat there was no "Operational relationship" between the two, in regards to 9-11 anyway. Though of course now he seems to be going back to his old schtick of saying there was a relationship.
So does anyone know some good Shrub quotes ot help clear it up for me?
Oh and what did the CIA conclude about this?

But I remember him blaming "bad intelligence". Bushie said it not long after Colin Powell came out and said there was no connection between 9/11 and going to war with Iraq.
We should have an archive of articles & links around here...
