Need help with links/info

I'm arguing with someone and need info/links about what information the president had about Iraq, and what the Congress was told when they voted to authorize him to use force. Also, what exactly did Congress authorize Bush to do in Iraq? I'm googling now, but you guys are always so great at this stuff.

I plan on commenting about Colin Powell's pack of lies at the UN speech, but would like some more ammunition if anyone would be so kind.
