Lawrence, Kelly, Norah...O'Donnell. Related?

I'm listening to Scarborho "interview" Lawrence and he is saying this is a story of "pure innocence."

I'd be willing to buy that IF I didn't already know that had this been Clinton, or any democrat, the story would be totally different.

4. he says the MEDIA are playing this as a story of Cheney's pure innocence,
and that the only issue they've shown to be angry about is the lack of timely announcement by the powers that be

he says they're completely missing the forensic aspects of the case, which obviously lead to the possibility of a coverup

5. Thanks.
It makes sense. The media is not question what actually happened.

3. They are covering up
something...KO alluded to it earlier and it sounds like it pretty well could be that (14 hours to report it to the police? How many cups of coffee and water can you drink to flush it out in 14 hours?).

8. THe body metabolizes
the equivelent of about 1 drink per hour so 14 hours would be enough to work a lot of alcohol out of the system.

14 hours. Bush and Rove knew about this shortly after it happened and they made the decision to not say anything until the next day. Cheney is kept away from the authorites for 14 hours.

If it were just a simple accident, just a couple of scratches, no one drinking, all in good fun - then why not get ahead of the story? Why wait knowing full well that the press would be all over this unless there was something to hide.

It took 14 hours to cover something up.

11. He has a short blog post titled "Was Cheney Drunk?" over at the HuffPo.
"How do we know there was no alcohol? Cheney refused to talk to local authorities until the next day. No point in giving him a breathalyzer then. Every lawyer I've talked to assumes Cheney was too drunk to talk to the cops after the shooting. The next question for the White House should be: Was Cheney drunk?" http://www.huffingtonpost.com/lawrence-odonnell/was-cheney-drunk_b_15646.html

10. I heard the girls talking
on msnbc one night nora was doing hardball everyone thinks they are sisters but they aren't I think they look a lot alike. Lawrence worked in Washington for years so he could be related to one of them.
