Drudge: Cheney faces Grand Jury if man dies
http://www.drudgereport.com/

In Texas, Carlos Valdez, the district attorney in Kleberg County, said a fatality would immediately spur a new report from the local sheriff and, most likely, a grand jury investigation...

3. I hope he doesn't die
I really do. But I heard that there may be as many as 200 little pellets or shots in the poor man. THis doesn't sound good. He's 78 years old with 200 little time bombs floating around in him. Doesn't look good.

4. I hope he survives also...
The skin is a lot thinner at that age...he may have other health issues that are impacted by the incident...the list goes on and on..

9. I could totally be wrong about this, but I was under the impression
that after the third day the pellets would stop moving.. Something to do with scar tissue and the way that it develops.. It takes like 3 days for the scar tissue to become hard enough to trap the pellets wherever they lie.. It might be longer than that for a a man of his age and in his health, but I think 3 days is when they normally stop moving around.
