For Christ Sake..If I hear "He's taken FULL Responsibility"..For his..
..actions one more time, I'll puke.

I've heard this crap all day..
"Well..you got to hand it to Cheney...he took full responsibility for his actions"

I've heard this like 15 times (I'm not exaggerating)

I mean..What the hell is he gonna' say?:
"The bastard jumped in front of my gun?"
"Those pesky birds screwed up my aim?"

Damn..the next thing, somebody will have him up for the Purple Heart...

2. There's no way he can. He didn't get a tox screen, so we'll never know
for sure that he was drinking. (Which he was)

These liars are pathetic.

5. That was the MSM headline -- intead of "Cheney Admits He Shot Friend"
it was "Cheney Takes Full Responsibility."

Full responsibility would actually mean accepting the consequences of any criminal actions or assuming the financial responsibility of medical bills and compensating the victim.

There's a word -- "victim" -- that I haven't seen the MSM use.

10. That's how long Mary Matalin took to train him to say it without choking.
She was on him like white on rice as soon as he put down the gun.

7. What does that really mean?
How is he taking responsibility? Is he talking to the police? Is he turning himself in? Is he submitting to the same laws that would apply to anyone else who accidentally shot someone?

No.

He's a scumbag who things that a fake apology fixes everything.

8. Yup...dick is one hell of a guy
He pulled the trigger of his shotgun while his friend was in front of it in front of at least three other people and he admits he did it. Wow! What a great man. :eyes:

9. Well, my goodness, give him the Presidential Medal of Freedom.
He shot someone...and he took responsibility for it. Gosh, that's selfless.

11. They all say that all the time. It's always a crock of shit.
Every time any of them say "I take full responsibility for..." they mean no one takes any responsibility for anything. No one ever suffers any consequences for anything that they "take full responsibility" for.

The same for their apologies. "I apologize if anyone was hurt by what I said or did." No, they don't. An apology admits doing something wrong. Their phony "apologies" put the onus on the person offended while saying that they did nothing wrong.

It's all bullshit. If their lips are moving, they're lying.

13. What does that mean, "taking responsibility"?
It seems to be just a phrase for these people.
