Then the driver falls out of the car and attempts to take the sobriety test lol

thats what i told the arresting officer 14 years ago when i got pulled over doing 55 in a 25.....i blew twice the legal limit, which was .01 or .1 (those decimal points confuse me) at the time in wisconsin. dicky do little isn't fooling me, i'm the original "get drunk and do stupid things" guy.
