2. The other thing Dean said was that he wasn't aware that ANYONE had

unilateral authority to declassify information. That was in reference to Cheney telling Brit Hume that there's an executive order giving him full authorization to declassify.

I read the Ex. order and it does say the Pres and VP have auth. to classify (along with many others), but I didn't see anywhere that said ANYONE could declassify anything. It did mention that the original classifier could declassify what he originated.

This could prove contentious during the Libby trial since Libby said he got the classified info from his superiors.
