ya know... (under oath vs. surveillance)
this is a new twist on an old subject...

If George Bush is innocent, why wouldn't he agree to testify under oath? Didn't want it on his soul?

so in turn, we hear over and over from the Bush-apologists that we shouldn't care about our Government spying on every call made overseas (and more) because if we have nothing to hide then there's no worry...

well, someone needs to say, well if Bush has nothing to hide with FEMA/NO disaster, Plame CIA Leak, 9/11, Iraq War, Abramoff scandal, then why doesn't he go under oath!
