Poll question: Does Clickety Dick feel guilty about shooting Whittington in the face?
The heartless wonder himself, with an actual feeling of remorse?

2. Voted 'No.' Maybe Uncle Dick suspected Harry of meeting in a
Prague cafe with Mohammed Atta.

Maybe the vice president is so full of himself he doesn't exactly know what he's doing from one minute to the next.

Not really sure what's motivating him at this point other than naked aggression, and I don't think we should rule out paranoia.

Often powerful people get really weird.

6. I had to tie the other No vote 6-6
Of course he does! He said himself today that it was the worst day of his life. Doesn't that say it all?

7. Dick Cheney believes
his heart condition allows him to behave in any manner he sees fit, and thinks that complaints about his behaviour cause pain to a sick man (himself, that is). Like GWB, Cheney feels he should be able to do or say anything he likes without repercussions, and until now he's been able to get away with it.

I don't believe he feels guilt about anything, not about his role in helping to start the war in Iraq, not about shooting Harry Whittington, not about anything. He lives his life in a never explain, never apologize fashion.
