1 Beer, 2 Beers, Lotsa Beers & The Dickster
Over 30 years of practicing criminal law (both prosecutor and defense attorney), I've found one thing: people ALWAYS under-report the number of drinks they have had.

Ask anybody who has any relationship to drunk driving cases (cops included(. The biggest joke in the biz is the claim that the arrestee had "2 beers." I have heard this story hundreds of times, under all types of circumstances.

So when The Dickster's spokesmodel claims there was "some beer" at lunch, that means there was a lotta beer at lunch.

Also, there's nothing better in defending an alcohol violation than a client who avoids contact with the cops for 24 hours or so - time for the booze to leave the system.

Not to mention the fact that, to the NRA, booze and firearms don't mix. Unless you are, of course, a right winger.

1. If the booze has left the system, how do you prosecute them?
Just from testimony of witnesses? Probably not going to get that here.

2. That's the point
Steph: the delay was likely for purposes of another GOP coverup.

3. If only we could get his liver to testify...
just kidding. Seriously, is there some way to determine if he had been drinking after the alcohol has left his system?

4. It is my guess that Cheney is in the latent
stage of chronic alcoholism. This meaning it would not require a quantity to cause a black out...Just 2 beers is enough to be in a black out. I posted about this issue a few minutes ago where he has a long standing history of documented DUI's. This gives us a general time line of when he activated his disease....and the progression only stops if drinking stops. If someone was sober for say 20 years....no disease issues typically surface...but if they pick-up and drink again, it is like they never stopped drinking, ever...the disease is chronic and progressive.

So, for Cheney, whom I do not believe ever found sobriety, may only drink 2 alcoholic beverages and be snookered and in a black out.

5. The Drs. who worked on Wittington
were asked about his blood level upon checking in. They refused to answer. BIG coverup here IMO.

7. Looks to me like Deadeye could do whatever he wanted in Kenedy County...
Nothing like having your own private fiefdom...

"Are you sure you want me there tomorrow? What time? You know, next week would be good too."

8. none of that matters
even 1 hour after the shooting he could have claimed he had a cocktail after the shooting to calm down - none of that matters after avoiding the cops for 24hrs

Yes! I totally agree and posted the same thing last night...

In addition you never hear anyone claiming they had a *mixed drink or two* because then they have established themselves as a person who drinks liquor--which doesn't look as benign (and women will claim that they had a glass of wine with dinner)

It's always the one or two beers, or a glass of wine folk tale.

Why people assume cops will fall for this is anyone's guess (maybe because they are buzzed lol)
