Who is the fifth hunter?

Apologies if this has been asked, but who is the fifth hunter? I have read a couple of accounts (including a transcript of Cheney's Fox interview printed in todays Globe and Mail) that mentions that Cheney was accompanied by four other shooters. I have heard of Cheney's victim, the Swiss Miss, and the Game Farm owner. Is there someone else they are avoiding mentioning, or are these quotes inaccurate?

According to Armstrong, anyway, but her story is a work-in-progress from day to day. Almost a moving target, so to speak. :eyes:
