Senseless Psychic Reveals What Really Happened

Certain GOP political operatives, say Carl R and George W, feel the need to get VP Cheney to step down from office in an attempt to prevent the sinking of the Republican ship in the 2006 elections.
The operatives arrange to have the VP’s paramour, his hunting buddy, some major political campaign donors and certain benefactors of his career meet on Valentines weekend to soften him up. A picnic, possibly romance and a few beers are popped before anyone ventures to ask him to step down for the good of the ol’ GOP. While shooting at witless quail, Whittington delivers the request to bow out. Cheney senses that the weekend has been a set up. Feeling betrayed by his good hunting buddy and long time ally, he shoots the messenger. No one in the hunting party and certainly not even Whittington will come clean about what really happened, out of fear of further retribution. The loose cannon, unwilling to graciously exit, sends an unmistakable message that he will not easily be pushed overboard.
