From the drawings of the wound pattern which have been published,
I'm guessing he's lost (or going to lose) a large amount of skin
from that wound site.
He probably looks like Freddy Kruger right now, and he's gonna need
alot of surgery over a period of months to get that skin replaced.

I saw in an article that that is what the hospital reps are saying. I almost spit my coffee on the monitor laughing when I saw that. At any rate I think the delay in everyone seeing him is because they are still working on the finishing touches on his animatronic likeness. :D
