Where is Lynn Cheney and is this a plan for Cheney?

Sam just made the point on the Majority Report that Lynn usually pops up to protect her husband when he's in trouble like with the third debate with Kerry and that whole fake outrage they had over him. So where has she been lately? Why don't they bring her out to go on faux and give an interview? Jeanane also had the conspiracy theory that this could all be a plan to get Cheney out of the way because of Plame and the NSA spying deal (mostly trouble with Plame). Could they have formed this plan? Why haven't we heard from the victims family except in print? I'm surprised they haven't gone on faux or Larry King yet to give an interview or something. Why else would they wait an hour before talking to the local sheriff?

... (of which I have no doubt, BTW), Lynne's the 'stand by your man' type, and probably made a habit of looking the other way.

But it's one thing to have a private "don't ask/don't tell" arrangement with your husband. It's quite another thing to have your nose rubbed in it publicly.

I'm assuming she's pissed off and is going through a 'cooling off' period before she speaks in public.

But I wouldn't be surprised if Cheney is the victim of a 'tragic hunting incident' right in his own back yard ...
