Why aren't the Secret Service questioned about shooting?
The whole Lewinsky fiasco illustrated that the SS have to testify to law enforcement authorities. Several must have witnessed the shooting and must know how much Cheney drank during the day. The SS must also know if Cheney was there on a tryst with his lover. The local Sheriff is trying to cover this up but can't some other law enforcement step in and interview witnesses?

2. Not their job.
Their job was only to ensure that no one shot BACK at Cheney.

6. Yes...they testified against Clinton
I think Starr took that to the Supremce Court. My interpretation is that the SS would have to testify. Whether it's only in court or to any law officer is not clear.

5. The courts ruled that they can be forced to testify
even if it's the President. But that was when we had a president that upheld the law.
