According to some knowledgeable folks over at Television Without Pity.

1. 5 times
I read that he'd done five unaired shows when he died.

I wonder where the show will go from there.

6. I read that Rob Lowe had been contacted
about appearing in one or more episodes near the end of the season. That was before John Spencer died.

2. The episode is the Vice Presidential debate
Edited on Tue Jan-03-06 10:50 PM by ticapnews
so he is featured pretty heavily.

He has a line in the debate which has proven to be tragically ironic...

There were five shows that had been finished shooting at the time of his death (per NBC via the Orlando Sentinel). The final show that was wrapped is scheduled to air March 19. What happens from there is anyone's guess.
