Even though killing my tv was hard, I know it was the right thing to do.

My IQ shot up ten points immediately after I unplugged it.

5. They're perfectly safe as long as you stay away from the news.
And what the fuck is that thing in your signature? Hello Cthulu? Hell Kitty?

9. Hello Cthulu!
Aw, she's so sweet, you hurt her feelings.

Yeah, tv's been gone well over a year and I really don't miss it.
I download everything I want to watch without the commercials!

12. Ah.
I'd do that too, but for internet connection limitations. Instead, I have one of those digital video recorders that lets you pause live TV, record things, and skip commercials. It's great for those things I still watch on commercial TV like The West Wing, Lost, and Battlestar Galactica. I can't remember how I lived without it...

25. I have not.
In fact, I've never seen the old "classic" Dr. Who either. The only BBC stuff I can recall seeing lately is Rome, their joint production with HBO: great series.

17. Hey, if I watch Fox, and throw something at the TV and break it,
do you think that I could talk Mrs. ZBDent into getting a big-screen TV?

10. The "knob fetish" was a local news story here in Milwaukee
Some guy was robbing McMansion construction sites up in Mequon, stealing a bunch of stuff. Turns out he had a thing for doorknobs, and stole tools and stuff to cover up that fact.

13. So, which one is the knob?
That's strange, just the other night he was on something, (not his show, someone else's)and I found myself saying, " Gee he's such a knob" so I guess that answers my question.

14. Actually It's A Coded Message To Al Quida - Probably Saying....
something like - The pResident needs you. An attack somewhere/anywhere will help to divert attention from Spygate; Abramoff; DeLay; Plame Outing; Katrina/Fema screw-ups; torture; Cheney's aim; etc.

Hillary Clinton immortalized at famed wax museum

By BETH FOUHY
AP Political Writer

February 16, 2006, 1:14 PM EST

NEW YORK -- Amid the hoopla surrounding Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton's possible 2008 presidential run, Madame Tussauds' famed wax museum has secured a unique spot.

A life-sized figure of the former first lady-turned-politician was unveiled there Thursday, complete with a campaign-style balloon drop, flags and a ceremonial rendering of "Hail to the Chief." Several volunteers _ mostly employees of the museum _ stood by carrying "Hillary 2008" signs.

Clinton's smiling wax doppelganger wears a turquoise blue pantsuit, arm extended in a wave. Wax statues of President Bush and Clinton's husband, President Bill Clinton, stand nearby.

Museum manager Janine DiGioacchino said artists at the original Tussauds museum in London had poured over hundreds of video clips and still photos to create an accurate depiction.

19. Drunk Mascot-Funny
I heard about the drunk mascot story this morning and thought it was funny. It's crazy that these elite students are so wild. The Stanford band is on alcohol probation.
