Are Y'all Familiar With This Karl Rove Quote?
As people do better, they start voting like Republicans - unless they have too much education and vote Democratic, which proves there can be too much of a good thing.

1. I've heard it once.
I don't know where it came from though. Do you know when he said it?

2. nope
I just read it yesterday, but I can't remember where. Just started trying to track it down. There are numerous references on the web, but I haven't found the specifics yet.

7. it seems he dropped out of the University Of Utah
Edited on Fri Feb-17-06 04:13 AM by Syrinx
But this passage may give a bit more insight into his psychology.

At Christmas of 1969, Rove's father walked out of the marriage; his parents then divorced. After the divorce, Rove learned from his aunt and uncle that the man who had raised him was not his biological father; both he and an older brother were the children of another man. Rove has expressed great love and admiration for his adoptive father and for "how selfless" his love had been .

In 1981, Rove's mother committed suicide in Reno, Nevada, when Rove was 30 years old. When Rove was in his 40s, he finally met his biological father.

9. That's pretty harsh.

I read somewhere that 12/25 is his birthday, as well.

10. Well, the Republicans DO love their supporters..........
ignorant and uninformed, which is exactly why they're in power today. If you can't dazzle them with brilliance, baffle them with bullshit.....the Republican mantra.

they don't even know they're BEING USED. It's the perfect set-up for the repuke party.

13. That would explain why they want to replace public school funding with
vouchers . . . and once they eliminate public schools through vouchers, then they'll eliminate the vouchers, saying it's too costly and why should they have to pay for someone else's education?

14. Pigshit knows it: a dumb populace is an obedient populace.
Repukes fear people who they'll never interact with, situations that most likely will never happen to them and countries that want nothing to do with us. The collective left face the fearmongers and their actions and work to put a damned STOP to both of them.

Well, the voters do, anyway . . .
