The diagram of injury area which I saw would match up with that lower face and nose transplant that French surgeons performed on a woman recently. Given the swelling and bruising from multiple buckshots to the face, I bet he's got tubes down his nose and throat, or maybe a tracheotomy so he can even breathe. Any medical people around to comment on likelihood of this? Any damage to his eyes? But,oh yeah, he's "working" in the IU and just staying there for the privacy. How much money do you suppose that hospital has been promised in the form of some government funding to keep the lid on this man's condition?

And keep in mind that he is an old-time, Texas repug attorney doing coverups for Bush. I bet his first coherent thought after being shot was how much money he could hold Cheney/Bush up for to keep his mouth shut. Because when a disaster such as 9/11 or Katrina happens, all that men like that think of is how they can profit from it.

He's still covering up for Cheney, because anyone not sucking up to the bush administration would have allowed themselves to be photographed by now. None of the hospital personnel, of course, are allowed to speak. Patient confidentiality and all that.

She's the person we need to be seeing and hearing from...considering she's the lone eyewitness.
