It's like watching rats scrambling on a sinking ship.
Sure, they'll spend the fuck out of tax payer's money but when was the last time you saw those in Congress give back some of THEIR money. And in such huge quantities. This is gonna be HUGH! Everybody on the Hill is trying to distance themselves from the Abramoff case. I'm going with Matcom on this, this will be mega HUGH!

WASHINGTON (CNN) -- House Speaker Dennis Hastert became the latest lawmaker to dump campaign contributions from clients of high-flying lobbyist Jack Abramoff, giving about $70,000 to charity Tuesday.

{snip}

Republican Sen. Conrad Burns of Montana told The Washington Post in December that he would return $150,000 in contributions from Abramoff, his clients and associates.

{snip}

And North Dakota Sen. Byron Dorgan said in December that he would return $67,000 in donations from Indian tribes Abramoff represented.

7. They should each donate $50,000 per Habitat for humanity Home in NOLA
that needs to be rebulit. At the rate they're going, each congressman could, on average, donate the money for 1.5 homes. ;)
