Where is the police diagram of the scene of the accident?

There is a bodily injury diagram. The scene is extremely relevant to many things.

Where was Whittington in relation to Cheney? What was the topography where each was at the time of the shooting ? Cheney said Whittington was in a gulley which was why he couldn't see him as well. How do we know that? Where is the diagram of that?

What if Whittington was to die? That diagram becomes the sketch of the potential crime scene . If there was no attempt to determine relative positions, I think that could open up the Sheriffs department to negligence to investigate.

The injury sketch in the report is even wrong which adds to even more incompetence. They're showing the pellets striking the left side of the body. He was shot on the right side.

I think the Sheriffs department better give some thought to reinvestigating that accident scene.

Earlier this week, I was cruising the threads about the Dead-eye Dick shooting. Someone posted a police sketch of the accident.

Search the archives; it will still be there.

**I posted a thread about this very thing. I couldn't believe yesterday, when Cheney said W. was hit "on the right side". But this police report clearly shows the LEFT SIDE. It has markings, little dots covering W.'s left side. Unbelievable.

3. There is a sketch rendering of where they each were in the field?

Similar to what they do in traffic accidents ? I never saw that.

I admit now that Whittington is making an appearance in the hospital, it decreases the need. But it is not out of the realm of possibility that the pellet could still cause complications in the heart. Or other pellets could migrate. A doctor on Matthews said it was no light hearted matter.

Much more serious than a heart attack.

It also shows the sheriffs department had some predisposition not to fully investigate if there is no preservation of the accident scene.
