National Police force and US (KBR ) Detention Centers
What is the whole picture here?

A national police force is in the works and of course kellogg Brown and Root has already been awarded a huge contract to build Guantanamo bay type detention centers in the US. The police force will run rapid with no jurisdiction, no warrants and no civil rights to hold them back. They will coincide with KBRs (Kellogg, Brown, and Root) new US detention centers which are being built around the country. The detention centers will be used for the governments new practice of extraordinary rendition, and of course permanent detention. With the creation of the national police the government will effectively have achieved its goal of maintaining control over the entire US. The national Police force can arrest and detain any person in the US without a court order or a warrant, they don't even need probable cause.

This is all very scary considering that the current administration has adopted a policy of you are either with us or against us. So for those who are against them its not love it or leave it, its we will arrest you and permanently detain you if you don't support the NEO-CONS.

What does everyone think about this?
It seems like a well thought out plan to control everyone..or maybe its just me.
:)

1. It's getting harder and harder NOT to be paranoid
in these here United States.

Last night on DU there were a couple of particularly tin-foil-hatted threads that were freaky to read.

Just makes me hope that my own hat is on a little too tight!

2. Why don't the freepers freak out about this?
This is exactly what they were pointing to as a future scenario during Waco and Ruby Ridge. Yet now that it's happening they are docile sheep.

11. Some will like rounding up their neighbors. There is a type fascists love
to give a little bit of power and authority to because they know it will be misused at the local level. The fun of wielding a bit of power makes some people ruthlessly loyal, sadistic little robots, willing to do anything to keep having the fun that little authority allows them.

History is full of them. They are still with us. Maybe someday we will find the defective gene and fix the lot of them.

7. Racicot damn near bankrupted MT building prisons
Didn't he land a lobbying job with Halliburton after leaving here? ;) And something about a top job at the RNC... And bush/Cheney campaign job...

Oh, and we have a lot of nice, new, roadwork going on. LOTS of little state/county roads getting lots of work and being made much WIDER; roads that just don't see a lot of traffic...yet.

3. Hey, you need a police force to round up "enemies of the state"
They would then be placed inside these concentration camps. I just can't wait for them to tattoo a series of numbers or a barcode to my forearm. :sarcasm:

17. Oh? I was referring to something a bit more practical.
Like something that is already for sale and in use. http://www.wired.com/news/privacy/0,1848,55999,00.html?tw=wn_ascii

In WWII, computers took up a garage-sized room. Nobody was working on implanting chips into anyone. :eyes: We're the 'lucky' ones to live in a time when that has become a reality.

12. I think
they would learn why stupid ideas don't live long in an evolutionary context. It would be over a lot of their dead bodies.

I wouldn't be afraid of them. They should be very afraid of us though, if they start taking our kids, our siblings, our friends. They can't build a camp big enough to house half of America, and they don't have enough people to watch half of America.

It would be a very, very bad idea . . . but on the flip side it would virtually guarantee the end of the republican party and anyone related to it and its supporters forever, as America FINALLY wakes up.

So it could also be a good thing.

16. good point but
the republican party was over years ago..we are dealing with NEO-CONS (Nazi's) These people are working for world domination based on the Wolfowitz Doctrine for a new millennium. They are controlling the entire house and senate with a state of fear. Small plane crashes are no accidents.

18. just the same
make enough people miserable and unhappy and you become the "common" enemy everyone loves to hate. It certainly wouldn't be difficult to turn the tables on the neo-cons if it looked like they were pushing us towards a civil war.

19. i dont think thats their goal
I think its about control of course. I know that I am limited to what I can do about any of this because of their overwhelming control.

21. it is better to think of ourselves
as the overwhelming majority, which we are.

Even the stupid people who don't know it yet - will figure it out very quickly when their wife or husband starts getting harrassed.

Fear is what they want. I have none to give. We are stronger than they are, and we're not going to allow it.
