Is this Abramoff plea a possible set-up and diversion ? |
|
After all, who is investigating him? Does anyone truly believe the Bush Justice Dept is capable of a thorough and honest investigation?? Perhaps I am too skeptical? But, think of the effect this will have on the Congress and Senate. Not just the Republicans but Democrats also. Who will be protecting whom? What will be going on while this is distracting all the lawmakers? These are all small fish. The big fish is the one that lied us into war and broke the law in spying on Americans. Let's not lose sight of the ball.

I think the gangster get-up was intended to make us think he's the mob boss.

2. And the timing is very suspect, in my mind... |

Get it out of the way, hopefully before the next election, and try to tie some Democrats to this almost pure Republican scandal..

Mike Malloy reported that this will be her very first court case as lead prosecutor? Somehing this huge is going to be handled by a rookie.
