1. Who cares what the party out of power does?

Its the folks who can make things happen that matter, and in D.C. that's the GOPukes across the board. I'm frankly surprised that Abramoff and co. even bothered to give any Dem bucks, and I can't see what they possibly could have expected to get for their money.

A couple of votes on a couple of committees? Something like that? Hardly worth writing a check for.
