Have you ever heard anyone actually equate Bush with God?

I don't mean the "God stuffed the ballot boxes so W could lead our nation in this difficult time" stuff, I mean people actually worshiping him and seeing him as some kind of savior or the 2nd coming of Christ or something. I saw a post on an AOL message board a few years ago that deified him in such a way and it absolutely terrified me.
