just said that it was rational to reduce the sentence of a confessed child molester because the girl he molested (who is the daughter of the woman he was shacked up with) had had sex before, therefore the emotional and physical injuries resulting from the abuse were not as major as if she had been a virgin. Let me add, to be fair to my fellow countrymen and women, that most Italians are very upset and enraged about this decision.
