wanted to label the issue "fear of totalitarianism" vs. "fear of fascism". Too many people think of goose-stepping Nazis and the Holocaust when they hear fascism, and not enough make the association with the military-industrial complex, which oddly enough is what connected American fascists with Hitler's Germany.

The UAE port issue may (or may not) be the tipping point where even Republican big-business may begin to see the strange alliances comprising the new fascism. Bush admin. meet Caliphate, it is your doing.

MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL this Yahoo article mentions AQ Khan's use of UAE ports as an important transfer point for smuggling nuclear components to Iran and North Korea, so there you have a connection to what Bush identifies as the Axis of Evil!!!!!

Just finished listening, Will hit on a lot of important points with ease showing a wise and insightful point of view, and it was good to hear the other view points as well, I came away with, they were basically trusting in our way of government, not remembering the words of Ronald Reagen " trust but verify" .
I think he was enlightening.
